The 1,894sf house packs lots of function in its compact footprint, including a 350sf accessory dwelling unit (ADU) and was the first Residential REACH Code project in Oregon.

Living Building Challenge
To meet the project’s net-zero water goals, composting toilets, storm water catchment, and graywater reuse were incorporated.  PassiveHouse technologies help the residence surpass net-zero energy goals, moving towards net-positive energy.

Minnesota AIA Honor Award
The $18.4M, 130,000sf facility was developed as a collaborative venture between the local YMCA and the City of Andover, and featured three major sports venues:  a field house with three regulation basketball courts, and NHL-size ice area, and an aquatics center.
